From Main Street hanging a left on 5th I went the next street up and went right onto Franklin Street which dead ends at 9th Street. I opted to go to the front of the building first so took a right to go to Bank Street, then a left and walked the half a block to the front of the Capitol which is up on a hill at 1000 Bank Street.
