X's outage was widespread this morning and likely stemming from their own infrastructure (possibly exacerbated by any Cloudflare issues). Cloudflare had some ongoing fixes/maintenance but wasn't in full meltdown mode today.
Services appeared to be recovering throughout the morning/afternoon, with reports dropping significantly.
