Why ATF needs to be disbanded altogether….It's an oxymoron having a federal agency governing a constitutional right, the only numerated right which states "it shall not be infringed."
It's almost as if we need a constitutional amendment to say we have the right to bear arms and it shall not be infringed.
Good. Now let's see him reinstate those who lost their FFLs and send the records back when their doors open back up. While he's at it, let's see him permanently delete the remaining records they shouldn't have in the first place.
Remember, none of this matters in 4 years. You need the Supreme Court to actually make rulings on pro 2A. Remember, rights aren't rights if they can take them away-they're only privileges and that's all we've ever had. Thats why 1A & 2A are essential speed bumps for tyranny.
Does anybody else feel we are being slow rolled by SCOTUS? I remember my parents, and I as a parent, would put off a decision for children requests in hopes that they would be distracted by something else or lose interest. Does SCOTUS think we will just forget about the litany of infringements attempted by state and local governments?!
Why are they fighting Hoover Irvine and Andiomak s cases? These are garbage cases that were meant to frighten us. All its done is piss us off.

To little to late. They need to do something that states like New York can't just override by saying it's illegal in the state. For fuck sake they're about to track my credit card purchases to see if I buy ammo and whatever else.
No government state or federal or local has any authority to create any law or policy that infringes or attempts to change any of our rights which by the way are written in plain and simple English and are not open for interpretation, they mean exactly what they say as written. Why is that so hard to understand?
