The parent company of the Charlie Kirk Show, Salem Media Group, hired Brad Parscale, who owns Clock Tower X LLC, as its chief strategy officer. Just eight days after Kirk's murder, Clock Tower X officially registered as a foreign agent for the State of Israel under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), with explicit instructions to spread pro-Israel messaging.
Group text message just before Kirk was killed:
"Just lost another huge Jewish donor. $2 million a year because we won't cancel Tucker. I'm thinking about inviting Candace.
Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this.
Leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause."

In March 2025, the Salem Media Group, boasted about Charlie Kirk being the number one show that they had, the number one conservative podcast in America.
Salem Media Group appointed Brad Parscale as its chief strategy officer; he was the digital media director for Donald Trump's 2016 and 2020 campaign. Investigative reporters found that, according to DOJ Filing 7649, "Brad Parscale owns and operates Clock Tower X LLC, a foreign a registered foreign agent for the government of Israel."
The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) filing was dated September 18, 2025, just 8 days after Charlie's death.
