Dubai developers unveil new 4,000 sq ft underwater villas to be anchored in man-made archipelago

Floating Seahorse Signature Edition villas boast four bedrooms and a 600 sq ft 'coral reef garden'

They are part of the ambitious 'Heart of Europe' luxury resort built on the fake islands in Dubai, UAE

For those who deem the impressive Dubai skyline or fake palm-shaped islands not quite exotic enough, there is a new Emirati holiday home experience in town.

A veritable village of 4,000 sq ft underwater villas is set to lay anchor in the man-made World Islands, promising panoramic views of the Persian Gulf under the sea.

The first Floating Seahorse villas were unveiled last year, but these new £2.5m Signature Edition water mansions are an upgrade for those who wish to bring the whole family.
