Centralization of power/control made a giant leap in a "post 9/11 world" and Infragard was a major part of this (FBI software inside all Utilities and municipal control systems for traffic lights, water systems, sewer, gas, electricity & everything else they could infiltrate)

In 1994 the Maricopa County Election Computers had a high speed T1 line plugged into the back of the counting computers during the election tabulations. As Maricopa County Chair of the Libertarian Party we were informed of this via a whistleblower and I was successful in getting my Republican and Democratic counterparts to sign a letter to the Maricopa County Elections to severe that live communication. The Democrat was fired immediately and the Republican resigned, but not until he invited me to the AZGOP offices to witness the corruption involved with the first early voting effort (Az was first with this method of fraud.... REPUBLICANS).

A decade later I was contacted by a listener/whistleblower that warned me of the efforts by T3/FBI to insert software into the utilities via the Infragard program to bypass any 'Air Gapping' effort to insulate utilities from outside infiltration. APS executives (Arizona Public Service - Arizona's main electrical utility) resisted but when the FBI wants something bad enough they get what they want and forced the issue and that's when I was contacted and did a series of shows here on Phoenix radio.

Decentralization is philosophical solution to such mal intent, but, in a Post 9/11 World we were drowned out and every institution was targeted for their compliance. This collective mentality was also the root of forced vaccinations and lockdowns etc. These efforts are all the result of the centralization of Power & Control and the solution is decentralization.

It has been going on for generations and technologies have run along side the desire and ability to centralize... everything.
