Hunter Biden still owes a Venice Beach, California, landlord more than $300,000 in back pay rent.
Shaun Maquire, a partner in San Francisco-based investment firm Sequoia, revealed that Hunter Biden still owes him rent money from 2019-2020.
"So what happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020?" Shaun Maguire said on Sunday after Joe Biden pardoned Hunter of all crimes committed between 2014-2024.
"Is that pardoned now?" Shaun Maguire said.
"Thanks Joe," he said. "(This is a true story)"
Shaun Maguire said Hunter tried to pay him rent with "art made from his own feces."
"Yup. True story. Hunter was our tenant in Venice, CA. Didn't pay rent for over a year. Tried to pay w/ art made from his own feces," Shaun Maguire said in response to an X user who replied in disbelief.
"Absolute shit bag," Shaun Maguire said.
It turns out that Hunter Biden's art isn't worth $250,000 to $500,000 like we've been told.
According to The Daily Mail, Hunter Biden and his family moved into another Venice rental after trashing the other property.
But he trashed the new place and also refused to pay rent.
The Daily MailĀ reported:
After leaving Maguire's property with an alleged $300,000 debt, Hunter, his wife Melissa, and baby Beau moved into another Venice rental home rented at $25,000 per month.
But the president's son was later accused of trashing and failing to pay rent on that home too.
