And I think that fundamentally, the mistake we made— and some of it's understandable— at the turn of the century… the focus was on Islamic terrorism. And when the focus is on Islamic terrorism, that's 3 to 5% of the population… therefore, the other 95% become victims. And they become asylum seekers, they become refugees, they're displaced, they get sent to Europe, they get sent to the United States. And so now, in the last 20 years, almost incomprehensibly, we have a large population of Islamists."
