Disguised and undercover, James O'Keefe embeds inside the World Economic Forum, slipping past armed security and exclusive guest lists to capture what the global climate elite say when they think no one is listening.
Posing as an employee of a fictional climate engineering firm, O'Keefe and the OMG team are welcomed into late-night events, luxury hotels, and mountaintop forums where climate financiers openly discuss carbon taxes, geoengineering, and weather modification, commonly referred to as "chemtrails."
In one of the most shocking encounters, a man named Emil C. Lüth, who has ties to three-letter agencies and DARPA, speaks openly about artificial rain and large-scale weather intervention, suggesting such activities could span the U.S., Europe, and beyond.
EMIL C. LÜTH: "Do you have a company in your portfolio that does artificial rain?"
O'KEEFE: "SAI? Stratospheric aerosol injections."
EMIL C. LÜTH: "Wonderful!"
O'KEEFE: "Have you done any indirect work with the artificial rain?"
EMIL C. LÜTH: "There might be people around me that would have an inclination to do that."
O'KEEFE: "What organization are you with?"
EMIL C. LÜTH: "Some with letters, some without."
O'Keefe and his team also met with a climate finance executive named Sara Lemniei, CEO of SLK Capital, who secretly explained her work designing carbon taxes and climate credits for governments, corporations, and civilians around the world — describing one of the largest climate tax innovation networks in the UK. The solution to carbon emissions, she admits, isn't elimination — it's monetization.
SARA LEMNIEI: "We [SLK Capital] work with companies to give them new revenue streams [carbon taxes]."
SARA LEMNIEI: "We [SLK Capital] can help companies in Africa and India decarbonize their operations so they can remain competitive and continue exporting to Europe."
At 8 a.m., high atop a snowy Swiss mountain, O'Keefe was confronted by a local Swiss man who gestured toward a mounted cannon and described using its turret to shoot down President Trump's plane.
"This is the best spot to kill President Trump."
