The U.S. House of Representatives has rebuked President Trump over the Iran War, and a larger number of GOPers than expected have defected.
As Fox News reported, the House voted late Tuesday to order Trump to end hostilities with Iran, which began without congressional approval.
The legislation was introduced by far-left Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) and co-sponsored by 14 of his fellow Democrats.
The measure passed by a vote of 220-204, with seven Republicans joining all 213 Democrats. The other opponent was Independent Congressman Kevin Riley, who caucuses with the GOP.
Eight GOPers were absent from Tuesday's vote. As the New York Post notes, this is likely the last congressional action related to the Iran war before the Nov. 3 midterm elections.
Here are the seven GOPers who bucked Trump. What do you notice?
Tom Barrett of Michigan
Warren Davidson of Ohio
Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania
Thomas Massie of Kentucky
Nancy Mace of South Carolina
