Today I am writing about the two journalists who reported the story. Judging by their names, Fatima Hussein and Ali Swenson, they are also immigrant-invaders. Their story was in myPanhandle.com, a Panama City, Florida affliate of ABC. So now we have Fatima and Ali giving us the news with a slant from where? https://www.mypanhandle.com/news/ap-judge-blocks-use-of-federal-database-to-check-citizenship-saying-it-could-wrongly-purge-voters/
Fatima and Ali tell us that during the 2024 presidential campaign, "Trump pushed false claims of widespread noncitizen voting," but noncitizen voting "is rare, accounting for just a tiny fraction of those on state voter rolls."
Fatima and Ali tell us that Trump's efforts to confine voting to citizens are just an effort to takeover from Congress and states how elections are run. Trump "also has tried to force voters to provide documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote, ban mail ballots from counting if they are received after Election Day and prohibit the Postal Service from mailing ballots to people not on an approved list of voters. Most of those steps have been blocked by various courts." The courts, of course, are Democrat ones as the Democrats have thrown their interest in with those of immigrant-invaders. Between them they have blocked Trump's intention to deport the millions of illegal immigrant-invaders in the US. When did you last hear of a deportation?
In other words, Fatima and Ali regard using the federal data base, the government's own information, to prevent illegal voting as not only addressing a non-problem but also as an attempt by the executive to take over state and Congressional election responsibilities. In this way she appeals to the 50 states and Congress to support her ruling.
Immigrant-invader Sooknanan's reasoning would also apply to states and Congress were they to legislate the use of the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements data to prevent noncitizens from voting. Somehow it is OK to use the official data to prevent illlegals from obtaining benefits to which they have no claims, but not to prevent them from voting, which the Democrat states encourage them to do.
Immigrant-invader Sooknanan's argument is that using the data to prevent illegal voting violates privacy and the right of citizens to vote as errors in the data could prevent a legitimate voter from voting. In this way Sooknanan dresses up doing nothing about illegal voting as protecting the right of citizens to vote. She also seems to give the Constitutional right to privacy–already a dead-letter right under a variety of laws that permit spying without warrants and a variety of practices such as face recognition street cameras–to non-citizens. If non-citizens have Constitutional rights, then how are they non-citizens? Giving non-citizens Constitutional rights is a way of turning them into citizens.
