South Dakota Senate Majority Whip Sen. Tom Pischke, R-Dell Rapids, has been charged with two felony counts of filing false or forged instruments, according to court records.
These charges date from an investigation that began March 30 by the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office into "potentially fraudulent Republican Precinct Committeeman and Committeewoman Statement forms submitted to the Minnehaha County Auditor's Office," according to a press release from the Sheriff's Office.
